Warm Ups

Episode 1 begins with warm-ups that include different styles of jumping jacks and various stretches designed to loosen up your entire body including more advanced stretches to improve your flexibility for kicks. This video also introduces the eight basic foot movements as compared to twelve basic foot movements.
